With only the 2 most basic smoothie ingredients, you can make practically any flavor combination of smoothie in the world. Let your imagination run.
Less than 10 minutes
2 cups frozen or fresh fruit (any kind)
1 cup of your preferred liquid (almond milk, orange juice, water, etc.)
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (or any kind of yogurt)
1/2 tablespoon ground seeds (flax or chia)
1/4 cup protein powder (whey, plant-based, soy, etc.)
Handful of greens (spinach, kale, etc.)
Anything else that you would like to add in a smaller measured amount that would complement the other add-ins
Place frozen fruit, liquid, and any optional add-ins into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.
